Key Responsibilities: I serviced the coffee bar with no supervision or help. I was the only employee hired, working every day from open till end of business were I got relived by my Employer the owner of the Bar who took over from me for the late shift
Major Achievements: Working unsupervised in a coffee bar with efficiency and a consistent friendly manner earning loyalty and growing our customer base.
3.) Batstone Rooftop Pool Bar
Position: Bartender
Key Responsibilities: I was responsible for accurately preparing mix drinks, cocktails, and all other bar beverages to serve to guests and. I ensured the bar area was fully equipped with tools and products needed and prepared inventory to purchase requisitions as needed.

Together working as a team we have to work the floor together taking turns to cross-work as bartender. Unsupervised we performed all opening and closing duties, including stock requisition, cash intake and reconciliation, and cash payout.
Major Achievements: I was introduced to high-volume and high-pressure bar tending and I learned how to deliver without sacrificing quality.
7.) Cubana Latino Café

Key Responsibilities: I was responsible for serving a section of 10 to 18 guests simultaneously, consistently working under pressure and in high-volume situations. I utilized my interpersonal skills to help our team achieve our sales and service goals.
